Lisa McKay, the company's Director and Senior Town Planner, has a Bachelor of Environmental and Urban Planning with Honours from Griffith University and conducts an extensive range of Town Planning services including preliminary site feasibility studies, town planning advice and the preparation and submission of development applications to Councils throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Since the commencement of our company we have successfully obtained over 300 Development Permits for a wide range of application types and land uses.

Our company has an extensive network of consultants including Surveyors, Building Designers or Architects for the preparation of conceptual plans for the Development Application. Prior to the lodgement of any application to Council we identify potential additional reports that Council may require to complete their assessment of the application and order fee proposals from suitably qualified consultants on the clients' behalf. These include but are not limited to Acoustic Engineers, Arborists, Bushfire Consultants, Ecologists, Civil and Hydraulic Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Landscape Architects, Public Notification Consultants, Traffic Engineers and Waste Water Consultants.

We coordinate all applicable consultants throughout the assessment process including responding to any Information Requests. Should any application require assessment by a State Referral Agency we will also coordinate these additional applications in accordance with the Planning Regulation 2017. As all of our company’s fee proposals are a fixed price any additional works involved in obtaining the relevant Development Permits are included with our original Scope of Works.
