STAGE 1: DUE DILIGENCE
- Preliminary Site Assessments (PSA)
- Preliminary Plan Assessments (PPA)
STAGE 2: FEE PROPOSALS
- Town Planning Fee Proposals
- Fee Proposals from external consultants
STAGE 3: DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS
- Obtain written advice from Council
- Attend any prelodgement meetings
- Recommend amendments to the design
- Advise of any externals consultants required
- Submit the development application to Council
- Submit to any Referral Agency
- Liaise with consultants
- Respond to any Information Request
- Arrange Public Notification
- Review Decision Notice Conditions
- Issue the Decision Notice to clients
STAGE 4: FURTHER PERMITS
- Issue Decision Notice package to the Certifier
- Obtain Fee Proposals for further permits
